Condition & Guarantee: We do not list items that have significant faults, which are not visible in the scan. For example commercial covers may have opening tears or flap tears, but never anything that in our opinion makes them undesirable for collecting and or disagreeable at the price we have asked. Due to the prevailing filing system in Nepal, there is usually a small tear, punch holes or other imperfections on one of the corners of the covers. Higher grades and rare scarce are always more expensive and are offered always with conditional notes. Condition is as you see it in the scan. All items are guaranteed genuine, unless otherwise noted individually. We are always at your service to make you happy with your purchase. However, if you are ever truly unhappy, please let us know and we'll make an adjustment, but we don't want one or two items back on a return! Returns are always at your cost.

Pricing: Even though we are based in Nepal our prices are in US dollars as it is the easiest currency to do business internationally. For our Nepalese customers, we accept Nepalese Rupees either in cash or cheques only, converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Indian customers can pay in Indian rupees, again converted at the current exchange rate.

Minimum Order: The minimum order from this site is $20.00 plus postage & packing charges. We hope you will agree that this is a high volume and labour intensive work. Our store is designed in such a way that we believe you will find something for you. And, if you cannot find enough for yourself you can buy a few for your guests either friends or juniors as presents. With this you will be promoting this educative hobby as well. 

Postage and Packing: Packing & shipping charge: US$ 8.00 (Overseas). US$ 3.00 (Domestic). Heavier items' shipping cost will be different and we will quote t in the invoice. All items will be shipped through Nepal Post International signed For (i.e. Registered Airmail), which will be delivered as per the rules and regulations of Universal Postal Union. All orders are carefully packed, protected with plastic sleeves and envelope stiffeners. We provide Expensive Registered Airmail as Complimentary & we strongly recommend getting this complimentary service benefit from us as items that are lost in transit can be very difficult to recover if sent via ordinary mail. Registration is very important because of high postal thefts noted these days.

Payment: After receiving your confirmed order we will send you an invoice accordingly. Payment can done via Paypal now. Please send your Paypal email address so that we can send the payment request to it.
